Almería, in the Mediterranean Sea, offers everything needed for water sports enthusiasts to enjoy themselves to the fullest. Two sea orientations: west and east, the wind and a perfect weather all year round. Besides all this, Almería has seven marinas; in Almerimar, Roquetas de Mar, Aguadulce, Almería city, San José, Carboneras, Garrucha and Villaricos.

The region has the good fortune to have world-class sportsmen such as Víctor Fernández, two times windsurfing world champion, who has been developing his sporting career in the area. We also have a very extensive tradition in all sailing modalities.

Locations like Cabo de Gata, Playa Serena, in Roquetas de Mar, or Almerimar, are ideal places for windsurfing and kitesurfing.
